A widespread New Year’s Eve in Umbria, out of time and space

In this context, the widespread structure in Campello sul Clitunno (PG) opens a time window on the winter from December 27, 2021 to January 10, 2022, proposing a New Year’s Eve that smells of truffles and escape from the tourism of large numbers, in a place that enhances the timeless pleasure of endless views with the sophisticated minimalist reinterpretation of the original medieval environments.
In particular, in the period between December 30 and January 1, the package includes two nights with breakfast and New Year’s Eve dinner based on dishes and wines of the Umbrian territory revisited by Chef Rosy, a master of slow cooking at low temperatures, which allows you to obtain a synthesis of quality and taste from genuine foods and raw materials of season and quality, respecting intolerances and personal needs.
In addition to this, there is the possibility of participating in the unique and exclusive experience of hunting for the prized Umbrian black truffle – which is harvested between December and January – with the hunter and his trusty dog. The process of searching for and hunting truffles is a candidate for the 2021 UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage: in this perspective, the Relais will present with an ad hoc brochure the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in an activity that will have as worthy conclusion the reworking of the fruit of the search by the chef.
The proposal for New Year’s Eve – including two nights, dinner and breakfast, a choice between December 30 and 31 or January 31 and 1 – is offered from 285 euros for single rooms and 430 euros for double rooms.
The Private Spa – guarded as a joy of intimate and personal well-being by the walls of the Castle – can be booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes at the price of 30 euros per person per entry.
