Spontaneous herbs: recognizing and tasting them
Barzanò (Lecco), September 2021 – Back with a long-awaited autumn edition of the event of recognition of wild herbs that this summer has made the hearts and minds of lovers of nature and wellness go crazy. “Spontaneous Herbs. Recognize and enjoy them” is the title of the experiential event that will take participants to explore the fields and woods of Brianza to discover the immense wealth that they can provide us. Saturday 25th September at 15:00 we will leave from the headquarters of Valore | Spazio di crescita (Barzanò) to undertake a walk suitable for everyone in which the participants, guided by Francesco Giordano – Founder of the Casa delle Erbe Vagabonde, will learn to recognize the spontaneous herbs and flowers of the territory, discovering them and tasting them.

It will not be just an afternoon of pure “information”: during the outing everyone will be provided with a nice “explorer kit” that will allow him to create his own personal herbarium and to pick the herbs and flowers that will be used to prepare, together, a tasting at km0. The day will end with an aperitif of herbal teas, pesto and salads prepared with the harvest of the day.
