First of the Scala with “Attila” by Giuseppe Verdi. New scenarios

Milan -On December 7, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. it will be staged in the Milan Scala “Attila”, the ninth opera by Giuseppe Verdi, presented for the first time at the Teatro La Fenice in Venice in 1846.

Thanks to the collaboration between the City of Milan and Edison, also this year the initiative Prima Diffusa will offer the opportunity to attend – in different places of the city that adhere to the initiative – the screening of the opera, thus giving the opportunity to all to enjoy the “Attila”, staged by the Music Director of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Riccardo Chailly.

Also at the auditorium of MUDEC – Museo delle Culture in Milan, it will be possible to attend the Prima della Scala on 7 December at 6.00 pm, and the screening will be preceded by a guide to listening to the opera, by Prof. Fabio Sartorelli, of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm.

There will be over fifty events, including screenings, re-enactments, performances, exhibitions and installations, meetings and conferences dedicated to the opening work of the Scala season.

The Mudec, with its Auditorium and its acoustics, particularly taken care of in the project of the architect David Chipperfield, is waiting for all those who want to fully enjoy this experience starting from the afternoon of December 7.

Admission is free, subject to availability.
