These are some delicious recipes that will propose the 9 chefs protagonists of the seventh edition of Orecchiette nelle ‘nchiosce. This year the great food and wine event of Grottaglie (TA), scheduled on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 August, moves to the famous Ceramics district with gastronomic routes.

And the intrepreti of the dishes will all be made in Grottaglie, with some of them who, working around Italy, on this unique occasion will join to bring their experience playing the queen of the tables of Puglia, the orecchietta. In two days it will be possible to taste it in various recipes, in a path of taste that starting from tradition will lead to the most recent revisitations.

It will then be the cellars of Grottaglie and a craft brewery to enhance the mastery of the chefs and, then, with a map in one hand and a glass in the other, you will discover the various stands.
