Spaghetti with poor seafood

Ingredients (4 person):

500 gr. of spaghetti. 1 Kg of octopuses. 1 kg fresh tomato (casalino). Sea water. Chilli. Pecorino. Parsley. Garlic. Extra virgin olive oil.


Fry slowly in a pan garlic, oil, and chili. Add the coarsely chopped octopuses, the fresh tomatoes peeled into small pieces, the salt and the sea water obtained by filtering the liquid that comes out of the seafood open to steam.
Cook over a high flame for about 20 minutes. Drain the pasta al dente and stir in the sauce. Complete cooking by adding a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
Bring the spaghetti to the table with some freshly grated Roman pecorino cheese.
